Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Improve and implement accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
