Key Responsibilities
1. Bookkeeping & Accounting
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
. Organise and maintain invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
. Use Quickbook accounting software for day-to-day bookkeeping
2. Reporting & Reconciliation
. Prepare basic monthly financial summaries (income and expenses)
. Perform bank reconciliations
. Support ad-hoc financial reports for management and programmes

Requirements
. Prior experience in accounting, finance, GST or bookkeeping
. Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and accounting software QuickBook
. Basic understanding of IRAS, withhold Tax compliance requirements is preferred
