About the role


Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this full-time position is responsible for duties that include job cost accounting, royalty processing, managing accounts payable and general ledger transactions for the company's operations in the Central Region of Singapore. The role is based in our office in Kallang Way.

What you'll be doing

  • Process and record supplier invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Responsible for accuracy of job cost accounting, inventory information and records
  • Responsible for royalty database maintenance, payment of royalties and attending to related matters
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to address any queries or issues
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts and financial reports
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions
  • Contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement of royalty payment, accounts payable processes and controls
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications. Sound knowledge in Sage and advance Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A diploma or degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
  • Preference for candidates available on short notice
