Senior Sourcing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure cost competitiveness and supply continuity

• Drive cost optimisation through supplier negotiation, engagement, and price benchmarking

• Perform data analysis to support continuous improvement and cost efficiency initiatives

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing data in systems (e.g. SAP, Agile)

• Develop and manage supplier relationships while identifying new sourcing opportunities

• Oversee project timelines, risks, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful execution

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ad hoc sourcing projects

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support team development

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment

• Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field (Degree holders are welcome to apply)

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Well-organised with strong time management skills

• Proficient in SAP, Agile, and Microsoft Excel will be an advantage
