Accountant (Group consolidation, Full sets, Sole contributor)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. This would include the Group's financial reports for both the Singapore-listed entity and the Indonesian-listed entity.

• Handle group consolidation of financial statements, including consolidation entries and intercompany transactions.

• Perform intercompany reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies with relevant entities or finance teams.

• Prepare financial schedules, management reports and supporting analysis for reporting purposes.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals and account reconciliations.

• Ensure financial reporting is prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

• Liaise with external auditors and prepare supporting schedules and documentation for statutory audits.

• Liaise with internal auditors and ensure that the financial reporting closing process is kept robust and updated.

• Assist in reviewing financial results, identifying significant variances and providing explanations to management.

• Support improvements to financial reporting and consolidation processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform other finance and reporting duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree with 5 years of relevant experience in full sets accounting.
