Key responsibilities

. Prepare and monitor site& accounting month end close

. Prepare and checkaccruals workbook

. Ensure all theaccounting entries are booked for WBS or WO and make settlement runs

. Rundepreciation and refresh capex reports

. Reviewand update COGS model for posting

. Updateactuals for inventory, manufacturing variance and OID for FBP team

. BPCupload and reconciliations

. UpdatePPE & depreciation statistical input and other continuity schedules

. Create sale invoicefor Li and Waste product (if applicable)

. Balancesheet reconciliations and review

. GSTfunction run and settlement

. Bankreconciliations - ensure the weekly banking data is reconciled and allassociated entries are booked in SAP

. Intercoloan accrual interest and withholding tax JE posting

. Leaseaccounting

. Prepaymentreview and amortization

. Preparedata and flux / variance analysis for balance sheet and profit & loss

. ABSsurveys (International Investment/ Business Indicator/ Business Statistics/Economic Activity)

. Attendto corporate / FBT queries

. Postingincome tax provision entries and uploading BPC with tax JEs

. ManualJE review and sign off for SOX

. Monthlypayroll posting review which includes month end accruals / AL & LSL

. UATtesting for Treasury Integration Project

. Workingon improving journal template / reporting / SAP process testing

. Externalaudit of stand-alone large entities which involves answering all audit query,weekly meeting with auditors and review of financial statements supporting

. Ad-hocresponsibilities as assigned when required

About you

To be successfully consideredfor this role, you will have:

. Bachelor'sdegree in Finance / Accounting, progress toward a professional qualificationsuch as Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) / Chartered Accountant (CA) butnot essential

. Experienceor exposure in financial accounting and reporting

. Workingknowledge of SAP, preferably S4 HANA

. High-levelcomputer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite Excel / Word

. Well-developedtime management and prioritization skills

. Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well in a teamand autonomously

. Supervisoryexperience is an advantage
