. Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or client services
. Proven track record in financial services or fintech industry
. Experience managing enterprise-level client accounts
. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
. Proficiency in CRM systems and client management tools
. Deep understanding of financial services and technology solutions
