Job Summary
You will support regional sales efforts and manage a diverse client portfolio across Singapore and the ASEAN region, focusing on SMEs, SMBs, carriers, data centres, tier 2 FSI, and foreign telcos. Collaborate with senior sales and technical teams to deliver tailored connectivity solutions that drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients including SMEs, SMBs, carriers, data centres, tier 2 FSI, and foreign telcos to achieve sales targets
- Support regional sales activities by identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads
- Prepare detailed proposals, commercial offers, and presentations to effectively communicate solutions and value propositions
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular engagement and responsive service under guidance from senior team members
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver customised connectivity solutions that meet client requirements
- Track, analyse, and report sales activities and pipeline status to inform strategic decision-making
- Travel regionally to meet clients and support sales initiatives as required
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in B2B sales within telecom, ICT, or digital infrastructure sectors
- Proven ability to engage with SME/SMB, carrier, data centre, or FSI clients to support business development
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills applied to client management and sales processes
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally for client meetings
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, ICT, or a related field
