We are currently hiring Account Managers on behalf of our client, an MNC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential prospects to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, targeting a minimum of three times the monthly revenue goal.
- Promote and sell PPS systems and solutions by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored value propositions.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Execute standardized sales processes to maintain consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Follow up diligently on outstanding payments and ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive intelligence to support product positioning and enhance solution offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and support the successful implementation of PPS system installations.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities or projects as assigned by management to support business goals.
Requirements:
1. Minimum diploma or higher educational qualification.
2. Proven experience in sales and account management
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively.
5. Results-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
