About the Role

The role involves developing business opportunities and pipelines that lead to sales closure, with the goal of achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Business opportunities, pipelines which lead to sales closure and to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Identify and pursue prospects through various lead generated activities, including direct mailing, cold-calling and referral program
  • Meet with prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process criteria and their needs
  • Provide value propositions, prepare quotes, leading to the conclusion of sales
  • Continuous engagement of existing customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 - 3 year of direct outdoor selling experience and managing medium size sales accounts
  • Passionate in engaging customers and provide excellent service
  • Comfortable and committed for an up to 60% outdoor Role

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in sales techniques and customer engagement

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a similar industry
  • Familiarity with CRM software

Pay range and compensation package

Basic + Commissions + Sales Incentives. Incentive Trip for Top performers.
