Account Manager (Sales)

Key Responsibilities

1 Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and renovation sectors

• Source painting and decorating project leads (commercial, residential, industrial)

• Prepare and submit quotations and tenders

• Follow up on proposals and negotiate contracts

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

2 Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with main contractors, interior designers, developers, and facility managers

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts

• Attend site meetings and project discussions

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly

3 Project Coordination

• Work closely with Operations and Project Team to ensure smooth project execution

• Coordinate project timelines, material specifications, and manpower requirements

• Monitor project progress and client satisfaction

• Ensure proper documentation for variation orders and claims

4 Sales Administration & Reporting

• Maintain CRM and customer database

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

• Monitor payment collections and outstanding invoices

• Support marketing initiatives and company promotions
