We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales & Account Manager to lead revenue growth within our Connectivity segment. This role combines new business development with strategic account management. The ideal candidate is confident in hunting new opportunities while building long term partnerships with existing clients across maritime connectivity solutions.
This is a revenue focused role with clear ownership of sales targets and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
. Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the maritime connectivity market
. Drive new customer acquisition across LEO, GEO and hybrid connectivity solutions
. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned connectivity accounts
. Build and strengthen long term client relationships
. Maintain accurate records of contracts, renewals and commercial updates
. Develop and execute account growth strategies to upsell and cross sell connectivity and value-added services
. Work closely with technical and operations teams to design and deliver connectivity solutions aligned with customer requirements
. Develop sales forecasts and manage pipeline through CRM
. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Objectives of the Role
. Grow revenue within the Connectivity segment
. Expand new logo acquisition in maritime and offshore markets
. Increase wallet share within existing fleet accounts
. Strengthen long term commercial partnerships
. Ensure KPIs and revenue targets are achieved
Preferred Qualifications
. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
. Strong ability to hunt, negotiate and close deals
. Experience in maritime connectivity, satellite communications or related technology sectors is an advantage
. Familiarity with CRM platforms
. Excellent communication and relationship building skills
. Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced commercial environment
