Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth in Government, Educational and Healthcare or Enterprise sectors.
  • Grow incremental and new sales from greenfield accounts while simultaneously reducing customer turnover.
  • Implement strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Provide accurate and realistic forecasting and expenses reports.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly metrics, develop sales pipeline, successfully manage opportunities to close and ensure quota is met consistently.
  • Able to work on tenders/RFQ independently.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, executive sponsors and other business buying personas within your account base.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, including Network and Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Preferably with industry-related sales experience in Government, Education and Healthcare or Enterprise sectors.
  • Proven track records of sales and account management.
  • Experience in development and execution of major accounts, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling high volume sales or bulk tender.
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented.
  • Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in direct end-user/customer engagement rather than channel or distribution will be advantageous.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant domain knowledge may be considered as well.
