Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and empathetic Enterprise Account Manager to navigate the post-sales journey for our most significant enterprise relationships, ensuring their complex needs are met with both strategy and care. You will be onboard and deliver a great customer experience for our enterprise users. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers in Asia to drive engagement, adoption and satisfaction with our solutions.

You will act to empower and advise our Enterprise customers in their Sustainability journey to derive greater value and impact from our solutions. This role will act as the voice of the customer within our organization to gather customer feedback and requests. This role reports directly to the Head of Product to empower you and expedite your requests to ensure effective, and fast delivery to meet customer needs, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities:

. Strategic Account Management: Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of high-value enterprise

. Enterprise Onboarding & Implementation: Lead high-touch implementation for complex organizational structures to ensure an effective go live

. Strategic Reviews: Facilitate regular reviews to demonstrate ROI, discuss ESG industry trends and align ESGpedia's capabilities with the client's long term sustainability strategy

. Retention and Expansion: Own the renewal cycle for your accounts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with the client's evolving sustainability roadmap

. Internal Advocacy & Product Influence: Consolidate all customer insights back into the product team and influence the roadmap directly to address complex enterprise requirements

. Drive product adoption: Proactively mitigate churn and identify risk and opportunities. You will conduct regular training sessions to ensure clients are leveraging the full power of the product

Requirements

. 5+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting (SaaS) preferred with a proven track record handling enterprise portfolios

. Fundamental understanding of the sustainability landscape, including reporting standards, carbon accounting or circular economy principles

. High emotional intelligence and proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder relationships and conflict resolution during long implementation cycles

. Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
