About Hotwire

Hotwire is a global communications and marketing consultancy focused exclusively on B2B technology and telecom companies. We partner with brands such as Equinix, Cloudflare, Twilio, Telstra International, AWS and Atlassian to design and deliver integrated campaigns that drive commercial impact across APAC, Europe and the US.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Singapore team, supporting regional and global clients in a fast‑paced agency environment.

What you'll do

  • Act as the day‑to‑day client lead, building strong, trusted relationships with regional and global stakeholders
  • Own client communications, ensuring briefs, timelines, budgets and deliverables are clearly defined and executed
  • Translate client objectives into clear, actionable briefs for internal strategy, content and activation teams
  • Partner with internal leads across markets to deliver multi‑market B2B campaigns
  • Identify organic growth opportunities within existing client accounts and support proposal development
  • Ensure high standards of delivery, consistency and attention to detail across all workstreams

What we're looking for
  • 2–5 years experience in account management, ideally in a marketing, PR, digital or integrated agency
  • Experience working on B2B, technology or telco clients is strongly preferred
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across time zones
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities

**This role is client-servicing focussed. It is not a sales quota-carrying role
