Our client a leading global technology company operating one of the world's largest digital platforms, is looking for a Digital Account Manager with experience managing digital advertising solutions from either an agency or in-house environment.
This is a 7-months contract role.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of business clients
- Develop and execute client growth strategies using digital advertising solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor by aligning client business goals with marketing solutions
- Optimise marketing performance and improve return on ad spend for clients
- Lead strategic conversations with clients of varying size and complexity
- Manage multiple accounts while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Provide troubleshooting support and resolve client issues effectively
- Stay updated on platform solutions and adapt recommendations to client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and business-level Korean is required to effectively liaise with stakeholders in Korea, as cross-border collaboration is a core responsibility of this role.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, agency, consulting, or account management roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quantitative mindset
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build client relationships at multiple levels
- Familiarity with Korea's digital media and advertising landscape will be good to have
