Job Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for both the organization and supported businesses.
- Act as a trusted advisor, tailoring advertising solutions to diverse client needs.
- Enhance client marketing performance through strategic consultation and education.
- Align client KPIs with platform solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Lead strategic conversations with businesses of varying size and complexity.
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment with attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, ensuring smooth operations and satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, performance marketing, digital marketing/agency, consulting, or account management from agency, technology companies.
- External facing experience - managing multiple clients/ advertisers
- Strong problem‑solving and quantitative analytical skills.
- Ability to influence and build effective client relationships across levels.
- Knowledge of Korea's media landscape and digital media is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and Korean language to liaise with Korean stakeholders.
