Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Customer Experience Manager on the overall marketing strategies, events, reports and budget
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with different stakeholders to meet business objectives
  • Assist in the day-to-day execution of the marketing activities include handling all ATL, BTL, events and partnerships
  • Drive lead generation strategy to increase online and offline lead generation
  • Monitor, adjust and track results of every activation and project, and apply the learnings to improve future campaigns
  • Preparing reports on marketing activities, including expenditures and results achieved
  • Establish good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders by maintaining strong lines of communication

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing with 3 years of work experience in brand management
  • Experience in luxury brand or environment will be highly regarded
  • Proven track record of successful development and implementation of B2C marketing campaigns and events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing best practices
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing funnel and direct-to-consumer acquisition
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Photoshop and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with agency management
