Scope of Work
Leadership Events - Project Delivery & Management:
- Support the event experience design process (eg: location selection, format and etc)
- Undertake invitations & RSVP management
- Create and manage event communications plan for attendees/speakers/moderators
- Conduct briefings for moderators/speakers
- Overseeing operations & logistics in partnership with either the in-house team or outsourced vendors for a successful event
- Oversee the post-event process (eg: post mortem reviews, post session notes, thank you communications)
Client/Partnership Management:
- Attend meetings, liaise and manage clients/partners to complete project/partnership deliverables
- Support Business Dev team in the research or creation of pitch slides/decks
Content & Thought Leadership:
- Support the creation and development of thought leadership content in formats such as Podcasts, Post-session notes, LinkedIn posts, Web articles, Opinion Editorials and etc
- Undertake research on leadership/current affairs topics for thought leadership content
Skill Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills and effective communicator
- Possess good written, verbal and visual communication skills
- Project management and time management skills
- Collaborative team player who can delegate and manage multiple projects effectively
- Observant and paying great attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Workspace / Zoom / MS Teams
- Problem solver and creative
- Design skills (eg: Canva/Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Flair for business writing
- Familiarity with EDM blasting tools
Experience/Academic Requirements
- Min. 2 years of working experience preferred
- Min. Graduated from a locally recognized Polytechnic or University
- Background in Media/Mass Communications/Digital Marketing is a bonus
