This is a contract role for 6 months and highly renewable!

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, including NonMarketing Paid Messaging.
  • Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities, designing targeted business strategies through strategic planning, operational rigor, and sales expertise.
  • Use data insights and automation tools to inform decisionmaking, deliver tailored client recommendations, and drive adoption of our solutions.
  • Educate clients on product offeringsincluding NonMarketing solutionsand share best practices to strengthen and expand partnerships.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from scoping to closure, managing pipelines with discipline and leveraging CRM tools to deliver business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales account management or business development.
  • Background in Business Messaging or Enterprise Sales.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fastchanging environments with flexibility and a growth mindset.
  • Strong team orientation with a customercentric approach, able to balance deadlines and business goals.
  • Skilled in data analysis, problemsolving, and strategic planning to translate objectives into actionable plans.
  • Proven success collaborating with crossfunctional teams to achieve collective outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia as this role will cover Indonesia market
  • Experience in sales or advertising industries.
  • Advanced degree or certifications in account management or project management.
  • Strong technical skills (Excel, Google Suite, or data analytics tools).
  • Familiarity with digital advertising solutions and platforms.
  • Experience managing internal stakeholder relationships to effectively support customer needs.
