This is a 6-months contract hire.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including non-marketing paid messaging solutions.
- Leverage data, AI, and automation to provide tailored, actionable recommendations to clients.
- Educate clients on product solutions and best practices to drive adoption and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline management and CRM usage.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and business-level Bahasa Indonesia is required to effectively liaise with Bahasa speaking stakeholders and support cross-border collaboration as part of the role's responsibilities.
- 5+ years of experience in sales account management or business development.
- Experience in business messaging or enterprise sales.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Relevant certifications in account or project management will be good to have.
- Strong technical skills (Excel, Google Workspace, or data analytics tools).
