About the Role
As an Account Manager (Publisher Development), you will manage a portfolio of priority publisher partners across APAC. You will collaborate closely with Business Development to drive revenue performance, strengthen partner relationships and support both strategic and technical initiatives. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, platform expertise, and understanding of programmatic trends across integration types such as header bidding, oRTB, server-to-server, and formats including display, video, in-app, and CTV.
You will also identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement through optimisation, new integrations, and premium marketplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of key publisher partners and deliver revenue growth, forecasting, and overall account health.
- Work alongside the BD team to activate new supply integrations and expand existing ones.
- Optimise yield, troubleshoot delivery issues, and analyse performance anomalies in partnership with technical teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with day-to-day stakeholders and senior executives within publisher organisations.
- Stay informed on each publisher's business objectives and communicate strategic insights to internal leadership.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and relevant partner engagements.
- Become an expert user of the company's publisher tools, analytics dashboards, and product suite.
- Collaborate with buyer-facing teams on PMP opportunities, campaign packaging, and inventory strategy.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, delivering feedback to product and management teams to influence roadmap direction.
- Stay up to date on industry developments to advise partners and identify growth levers.
- Share best practices with the broader team and contribute to collective revenue and performance targets.
- Deliver insights and actionable recommendations to partners through data-driven analysis.
Requirements & Skills
- 35 years experience in account management, customer success, or analytics within programmatic advertising, publisher operations, yield optimisation, or related ad tech environments.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem concepts and emerging industry trends.
- Excellent communicator able to articulate complex technical topics to stakeholders with varying levels of expertise.
- Analytical problem-solver with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
- Advanced skills in Excel; strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while pushing innovation forward.
