About the Role

The Singapore team is seeking an Account Manager with a strong interest in enterprise technology sales and client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing new sales pipelines, managing key customer accounts, and working closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy consultative selling, building long-term partnerships, and introducing innovative technologies to customers in evolving industries.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market engagement
  • Contact, present, and pitch solutions to prospective customers to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to develop and deliver customer solutions
  • Ensure a smooth pre-sales and post-sales customer experience

  • Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and meet assigned performance KPIs

Enterprise Sales & Customer Engagement (Preferred)

  • Experience selling technology, security, or solution-based services in a B2B environment
  • Exposure to system integrator, smart building, or cloud-based solution offerings
  • Familiarity with structured sales processes, account planning, and pipeline management

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
  • Proven ability to generate leads, develop opportunities, and close sales
  • Good negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment

Preferred (Added Advantage)

  • Experience in a system integrator or technology solutions environment
  • Background in industries such as security, construction, finance, or property sales
  • Experience with cold calling, cold outreach, and new business acquisition
  • Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to managing sales opportunities
