Job Summary

You will work on security services with heavy emphasis on Smart Nation-type tech applications, cloud and industrial internet-of-things.
Our services are designed to be disruptive and go against the conventional security service norms. Therefore we require a dynamic sales talent with strong entrepreneurial spirit that can pass on their enthusiasm to change the mindset of our customers.
Having experience in security will be a bonus but it is not a mandatory requirement. Attitude and willingness to learn are more important qualities to us. Applicants with experience doing cold-calls and cold approach (e.g. insurance or property selling) are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop sales opportunities to expand customer base and revenue
- Contact and pitch to customers to achieve defined sales targets and business growth
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Manage key accounts by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Develop new sales from both new and existing customers to drive market expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver integrated solutions that meet customer requirements
- Ensure prompt and effective pre-sales and post-sales customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct bi-monthly educational sessions with customer groups to promote product knowledge and engagement
- Meet or exceed performance KPIs to contribute to overall business objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to construction or finance industries as a bonus
- Experience working in a System Integrator environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to engage and influence diverse customer groups
- Apply a systematic approach to opportunity development to maximize sales potential
- Proven ability to develop new sales and negotiate effectively with clients
- Exhibit energetic, dynamic, independent, and driven work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced environment
