What Youll Do
- Manage and grow client accounts with care, initiative, and commercial sense youll look beyond the brief to understand client goals and help their business succeed.
- Lead campaigns and projects from product launches and activations to events and celebrity engagements ensuring they are delivered smoothly and effectively.
- Communicate thoughtfully and appropriately youll adapt your message to suit the audience and situation, presenting ideas and updates with professionalism and tact.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to bring projects to life, ensuring high standards and attention to detail throughout.
- Identify opportunities within accounts for upselling, cross-selling, or offering new solutions that bring value to the client and the agency.
- Stay adaptable youll navigate changes, challenges, and feedback with a positive, solutions-first mindset.
Who You Are
- 36 years of experience in account management, marketing, or events (agency background preferred).
- Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
- Strong communicator who is confident managing clients and partners across different cultures.
- Resourceful and adaptableyoure comfortable stepping into new areas and learning on the go.
- Interested in K-pop culture, entertainment, or regional marketing trends.
