We are hiring an Account Manager to drive business growth in the Healthcare & Education sectors. You will be responsible for selling ICT, network security, and infrastructure solutions to both commercial and public sector clients. Hybrid Work Mode: Semi work-from-home - only required to report to the office fortnightly for sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Healthcare & Education verticals
- Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Promote ICT, network security, and infrastructure solutions tailored to customer needs
- Work closely with technical teams to provide the best solutions and proposals
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Handle large tenders (ranging from $3M to $5M) for public and private sector clients
- Achieve sales targets and maximize earnings through an attractive commission scheme
- Variable bonus, including commissions, is paid out annually, offering a comprehensive package equivalent to 18-19 months compensation.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales from a System Integrator or Telecom company
- Strong understanding of ICT, network security, and infrastructure solutions
- Experience managing and securing large tenders ($3M-$5M)
- Proven track record in account management and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage both commercial and public sector clients
