Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell company products or services.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates/reports.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management or sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-driven with good negotiation skills.
