Job Summary
Support marketing efforts by planning campaigns, managing client relations, and assisting with order fulfillment to drive brand growth and client satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee marketing activities to align with business goals and client needs
- Respond promptly to client inquiries to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Manage client relations across online and offline channels, handling enquiries and assisting with order fulfillment
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver presentations that communicate marketing plans clearly
- Communicate verbally and in writing to collaborate with clients and internal teams efficiently
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment by proactively learning and maintaining a positive, punctual attitude
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing content creation
