Handling full set of accounts for companies assigned including handling invoicing, purchasing, payables, receivables, receipts, payments and bank reconciliations in compliance and adherence with policies and procedures.
Ensure transactions recorded into the accounting system timely and accurately.
Ensure timely month-end closing and able to analyze and articulate monthly performance variances.
Coordinate with China HQ to generate report as per requirement.
Assist in preparation of annual budget, forecasts, and cash flow projection.
Prepare GST filing, liaise with the external auditor and tax agent
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CA Singapore)
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word,Powerpoint)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a preferred, enabling effective communication with counterparts in China and international partners.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
