Job Description
Job Title: Finance Executive
Work Hour: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
Salary Range: $3,000 - $3,800
Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily finance operations and play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across multiples brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day accounting data entries
- Handle full spectrum of Account Payable, including payment processing of suppliers invoices, staff claim etc
- Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables, including sales and cash reconciliations
- Assists in daily finance operations and support the accountant in ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Accounting , Finance or equivalent qualifications
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Responsible, proactive, and takes initiative in completing tasks
- Positive working attitude, willing to learn, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
