Account Executive (full set accounts)

• Up till $3,500 basic + Up to 2 months bonus

Job Description:

• Prepare full set of accounts for clients, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and GST filings.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS regulations.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and government agencies as required.
• Support senior team members on more complex accounting tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years accounting experience in a professional services or corporate services firm (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Basic knowledge of SFRS and corporate taxation.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience from CSP or audit firm.
