1. Handle full set of accounts and accounts payables
2. Assist with month-end closing, quarterly GST returns, and preparation of LC documentation
3. Administer fixed assets and closing stocks
4. Administer petty cash, cash book, bank book, and cashflow planning
5. Manage monthly closing activities, including full set of accounts and Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL), ensuring timely and accurate reporting
6. Prepare monthly management reports including Revenue Reports, Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet
7. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
8. Prepare necessary financial schedules/reports for management reporting.
Required competencies and certifications
1 Diploma in accounting or relevant experience in accounting functions
2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
3 Knowledge of Singapore corporate tax, individual tax and GST
4 Knowledge in MYOB/ABSS/XERO
5 Able to work in small company environment, friendly, community minded
