Job Description

Responsibilities :
- Service, develop and manage modern trade accounts with includes major supermarket & retail chain.

- Achieve Sales Targets and objectives set by the Company.

- Develop short and long-term plans to increase sales.

- Build strong relationship with trade buyers and customers

- Ensure smooth execution of product launchers & promotion & brand visibility and effective merchandising at store level.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends & feedback to adjust strategies.

- Monitor accounts performance and distribution.

- Strong knowledge of trade operation.

- Work closely with other departments to ensure strategy alignment to achieve company objectives.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in any Business related field.

- 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in FMCG industry.

- Good presentation and negotiation skills.

- Independent and good team player.

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.- Possess a Class 3 driving license.

- Own car
