Position: Account Executive cum Admin
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible
Account Executive cum Admin to manage accounting records and provide administrative support for our construction and renovation operations.
The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
- Maintain full set or partial accounts
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain accounting records in Xero
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reports
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary
Administrative Duties
- Handle general office administration
- Prepare quotations, invoices and project documentation
- Maintain filing system for accounting and project records
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Assist management with operational tasks when required
