Job Description

We're partnering with a fast-growing media intelligence platform that's scaling rapidly across global markets. Their mission is simple: to help enterprise marketers move faster, scale smarter, and generate real pipeline impact.

As they continue to expand, they're looking for a commercially minded Account Director to join their growing account management team.

The Role

This isn't a back-seat position. You'll be in the driver's seat, owning key client relationships, leading commercial conversations, and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. From renewals to expansion opportunities, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping client success and business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and grow relationships with key clients
  • Lead renewal conversations and drive retention
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as a strategic partner, advising clients on maximising value
  • Use data and insights to tell compelling stories and shape strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional outcomes

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management (B2B preferred)
  • Strong commercial instincts with a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Confidence in leading sales meetings and strategic conversations
  • A data-driven mindsetyou're comfortable turning insights into action
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
