Job Description
- Own full responsibility for revenue growth within large manufacturing accounts
- Develop executive-level relationships across technology and operations leaders
- Drive complex solution sales covering connectivity, managed services and hybrid IT
- Lead multi-site and multi-country deal pursuits from strategy to closure
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to shape proposals
- Act as a trusted advisor on smart manufacturing and digital infrastructure
- Build long-term account plans aligned to customers transformation roadmaps
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Director (IT & Manufacturing Industries) should have:
- More than 8 years of enterprise sales experience within technology or IT services
- Proven track record selling into manufacturing or industrial organisations
- Experience managing large, complex and multi-country sales cycles
- Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders at C-suite and director level
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT, cloud and managed service models
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills
