About the Role

Title: Account Director — Enterprise BFSI

Team: Sales / Account Management

Type: Full-time

Location: Singapore / Hong Kong

Focus: Enterprise account growth, strategic expansion, and executive stakeholder management across BFSI

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic enterprise BFSI accounts across Asia
  • Drive account expansion, upsells, renewals, and strong net revenue retention across your portfolio
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Sales, Distribution, and others
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning Hupo's AI solutions with long-term business objectives
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements from pilot through regional rollout
  • Identify expansion opportunities and develop strategic account growth plans
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver successful enterprise deployments
  • Influence product strategy and regional go-to-market direction through customer insights and market feedback
  • Represent Hupo at executive meetings, client engagements, and industry events across the region

Requires Skills

  • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, consulting, or strategic client-facing roles
  • Strong track record managing and growing complex enterprise accounts
  • Experience working with BFSI, regulated industries, or enterprise technology environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth startup environment with high ownership and autonomy
  • Based in Singapore or Hong Kong

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience selling or managing SaaS, AI, enterprise software, or transformation solutions
  • Familiarity with insurance, banking, wealth management, or financial distribution models
  • Experience managing regional or multi-market enterprise accounts
  • Existing relationships across insurers, banks, or financial institutions in Asia
  • Additional regional language capabilities (Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Japanese, etc.)
