About the Role
This is a regional commercial leadership role responsible for driving new market expansion and strategic account growth across Asia-Pacific (excluding the US and China).
Reporting directly to senior leadership (VP of Marketing), you will take ownership of building and scaling the semiconductor client portfolio, contributing directly to the company's next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 0-to-1 market expansion across Asia-Pacific, with a strong focus on developing new semiconductor client relationships
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts within the semiconductor testing & packaging ecosystem
- Drive regional business development strategy across Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia markets
- Establish and expand regional sales channels and partnerships
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align customer requirements with technical solutions
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to support long-term business growth
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment to commercial targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record in developing and managing large enterprise accounts within the semiconductor ecosystem
- Strong hunter with proven experience penetrating new semiconductor accounts across APAC markets
- Experience operating in regional or global roles, engaging stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Proficiency in English for business communication additional Asian language capabilities are advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies
