Job Summary
Manage and execute comprehensive accounting and sales reporting functions to support business operations, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation and effective coordination of invoicing and delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile stock records by verifying inventory data to maintain accurate stock levels and support operational efficiency
- Prepare monthly sales reports by compiling and analyzing sales data to inform business performance and decision-making
- Generate monthly commission reports by calculating commissions accurately to ensure timely and correct payments
- Coordinate invoicing and delivery schedules by liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes by processing transactions accurately to maintain financial integrity
- Perform additional duties related to accounting and administrative functions as assigned by supervisors to support business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient use of MYOB accounting software to manage financial records and transactions
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to analyze data and generate reports
- Basic accounting knowledge to perform core financial tasks accurately
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completion of O-level education and Diploma in Accounting to support understanding of accounting principles
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience to demonstrate practical application of accounting and reporting skills

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (5 days work week)
- Location: 22 Jurong Port Road Tower B #04-02
- Salary: $1800 to $2800, commensurate with experience
- Immediate hiring or within short notice
