Job Description

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting functions.
  • Process and track invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with financial reporting.
  • Handle petty cash and office expenses.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial statements.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, and manage emails.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update filing systems for both digital and physical records.
  • Prepare and process internal documents and correspondence.
  • Assist with office management duties, including maintaining office supplies.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with accounting software (e.g, Quickbooks, Million).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
