A global organisation in the FMCG / Food & Beverage industry with a strong international footprint across Asia. The Singapore office serves as a regional hub, supporting corporate functions and overseeing business operations across multiple markets.
This is a dual-function role combining hands-on accounting responsibilities with office administration support. You will be part of a lean team, gaining exposure to end-to-end finance operations while also supporting day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry and reconciliations
- Manage full sets of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare payments and maintain cashbook records
- Monitor cash flow movements and ensure timely processing
- Process staff expense claims and corporate credit card transactions
- Support month-end closing and audit preparation
- Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks as required
Administration & Operations
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Liaise with external parties such as banks, insurers, and vendors
- Support office coordination and operational tasks
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong understanding of AP/AR and basic accounting processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel experience with accounting systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
