Responsibilities

. Design, build, and deploy scalable AI-driven agents used in live production environments across enterprise use cases
. Own the full lifecycle of agent development from initial concept through to deployment, optimisation, and continuous improvement
. Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI solutions
. Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities and contribute to future roadmap direction
. Develop reusable frameworks and approaches that can be adapted across industries and use cases

Requirements

. Experience building and scaling production grade software or AI driven systems
. Strong problem-solving ability in dynamic, fast-evolving technical environments
. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions
. Clear communication skills across both technical and non technical audiences
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
