Agentic AI Engineer (Deployment Architect)

Responsibilities

. Design and deploy high-performance AI agents used in mission-critical, production environments
. Take full ownership of the development lifecycle from problem definition through to deployment and continuous optimisation
. Partner directly with customers to understand complex challenges and implement scalable, practical solutions
. Work cross-functionally to influence product direction and improve core platform capabilities
. Build reusable systems and frameworks that accelerate future AI deployments

Requirements

. Proven experience building and scaling production systems in real world environments
. Strong problem-solving ability in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-ownership settings
. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver end to end outcomes with minimal oversight
. Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to solve meaningful business problems
. Clear and effective communication across both technical and non technical audiences
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
