• Position : Academic Manager/Lead (Cambridge / International Programmes)

• Location : Tanglin Road (Nearest MRT: Redhill)

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6800 + Performance Bonus + 14-21 Days Leave

• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide overall academic leadership and guide the teaching faculty

• Lead curriculum planning and academic strategy across programmes

• Oversee and manage academic timetabling and resource allocation to ensure efficient class scheduling

• Ensure alignment of teaching practices with GCE O-Level, Cambridge A-Level, and other academic frameworks

• Monitor student academic performance and implement targeted intervention strategies

• Support and mentor teachers in lesson planning, delivery, and assessment practices

• Work closely with management on programme development and continuous improvement initiatives

• Contribute to high-level academic planning and institutional strategy

• Ensure compliance with relevant academic and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Experience working with GCE O-Level, Cambridge A-Level, and/or other international academic frameworks relevant to the institution's programmes, with the ability to align curriculum, assessment, and teaching practices accordingly

• Experience in academic leadership, curriculum planning

• Ability to manage both academic operations and strategic initiatives
