Oversee centre operations, including student recruitment, publicity, promotional efforts, and curriculum planning.
Organize community events, excursions, parent collaboration projects, and year-end or graduation concerts.
Plan and coordinate innovative initiatives with community partners such as residents committees and primary schools.
Work closely with staff on long-term strategic planning.
Participate in performance appraisals and ongoing training for personal, professional, and career development.
Provide and receive guidance on matters impacting overall school performance.
Plan, design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate curriculum, programmes, and lesson plans in alignment with the preschool's vision, mission, and core values.
Monitor and enhance curriculum quality through regular evaluations, research, and professional development sessions for teachers.
Review and mentor teachers in lesson planning, evaluations, reflections, and children's portfolio development.
Conduct lesson observations, assessments, and analyses to identify teachers development needs and recommend appropriate training.
