Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and timely in accordance with statutory laws and company policies.
- Administer and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Manage employee compensation, benefits, and other HR-related data.
- Ensure adherence to payroll regulations, tax laws, and other compliance requirements.
- Assist in system implementation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
