- Part of the Human Resource team in supporting the manpower forecast, analysis and reports.
- He/she will work closely with the Planning Leads and stakeholders in the staffing needs to fine-tune the projections
- Extract data from HR system to generate reports for manpower dashboards,
- Use Microsoft Excel macro and tools to create data for meaningful workforce insights
- Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to support manpower planning efforts
- Check and validate manpower projections and manpower establishment.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics
- Meticulous with a flair for numbers and good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel (including Macros, Pivot Tables and Advanced Formulas)
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
