Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams on scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Handle data entry, maintain records, and ensure accuracy of information
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic data analysis
  • Manage correspondence, filing, and document control
  • Support procurement and inventory tracking activities
  • Assist in organizing meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in any related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience, candidates with internship experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
