You will partner with stakeholders to execute talent acquisition strategies, source high-potential candidates, and design employer branding activities that align with business needs and culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to implement talent acquisition strategies that meet business objectives
- Create detailed search assignments based on job responsibilities, business requirements, and talent gaps to guide recruitment efforts
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with hiring managers, P&C Business Partners, vendors, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure consistent recruitment processes and outcomes
- Acquire and apply in-depth knowledge of the business and culture to help candidates understand and embrace career opportunities
- Develop and maintain a network of internal and external contacts to source high-potential talent effectively
- Design and execute targeted talent sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates
- Plan and implement employer branding activities to enhance the company's talent attraction efforts
- Analyze hiring needs and provide accurate employee hiring forecasts to support workforce planning
- Review employment applications and background check reports, ensuring accurate documentation throughout the hiring process
- Adhere to company regulations and standard systems to maintain compliance and process integrity
- Perform additional recruitment-related duties as assigned by the company
