Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to manage and grow corporate client relationships across India and international markets. This client-facing role focuses on fintech and cross-border payment solutions, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue growth, expanding the client portfolio, and delivering customised solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients in India and international markets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely responses to enquiries and requests.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of the company's customer base.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure adherence to MAS regulations and KYC/AML requirements.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
- Monitor account performance and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and market movements in India and relevant regions.
- Provide client feedback and market insights to support product development and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record in managing corporate client accounts and developing long-term business relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Solid experience in managing end-to-end B2B sales cycles and applying account management best practices to drive client growth.
- High cultural intelligence and ability to work across diverse, international environments.
